The “J” in AJK stands for joy—our founder Audrey’s middle name and our mission.
Before there was AJK, there was Audrey, a teenager watching her hard-working mom spend long hours in a toxic workplace to support their family. She would come home depleted, with nothing left to give. That workplace didn’t just take her joy—it took her health. In 2012, Audrey’s mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer and passed away three weeks later.
After her mother’s death, Audrey became a woman on a mission: to help businesses create workplaces that give us back our freedom, our families, and our joy—so more kids have healthy, happy parents to come home to. In 2015, she founded AJK to help agencies thrive, not just survive. And we’re here to help you do the same.
I’ve witnessed the transformative power of processes and systems again and again. For 20 years, I’ve streamlined how agencies, teams, and projects run so they work more efficiently and effortlessly. I’ve scaled teams to seven figures, operationalized multi-million-dollar marketing projects, and worked with names like Procter & Gamble and Pepsi.
