Meet Audrey, founder of AJK, and coach and consultant to agencies like yours. For 20 years, she’s been helping agencies, their teams and projects run more efficiently and effortlessly. She has a Master's in Communications focused on Organizational Development, scaled teams to seven figures, operationalized multi-million-dollar marketing projects, and worked with names like Proctor & Gamble and Pepsi. And she can’t wait to work with you to help your people perform at the level you want them to. It all starts with your leadership.

Equipping Leaders for Success is a seven-month team coaching program for agency owners who want to take their people and performance to the next level. 

Working within your agency, Audrey will assess, train, coach, and consult your leadership (including you) to grow the leaders that move your agency forward.

PHASE 1: ASSESSMENT

From accountability practices, policies, and procedures to a CliftonStrengths assessment for each leader on your team, we’ll identify what’s working within your agency—and what’s not. Then we’ll map out how to get your agency and people from where they are to where you want them to be.

PHASE 2: TRAINING

Informed by our assessments, we’ll customize and deliver live group training programs for your team online, from topics like understanding team dynamics and their importance in leadership to setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable.

PHASE 3: COACHING

Group training is just the beginning of organizational change. We’ll coach each leader on your team one-on-one, so they’re clear on how to apply the trainings. Referencing their individuals CliftonStrengths assessments, coaching will be 100% personalized to each leader.

PHASE 4: CONSULTING

Team management and accountability is a top-down approach, so we’ll consult with you, the agency owner, and your C-suite to ensure every level of leadership is implementing the program—which may include refreshing policies, procedures, and processes.
